Refund policy

We hope you love your AuroraBora pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit.

Eligible Returns:

- Returns are initiated within 30 days of original delivery

- Item is in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, not stained, in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached.

- The item was not purchased as a final sale item

We do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once you issue a return. All returned items will receive store credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card (via email) when your return has been received and approved.
